Batman Eternal is a year-long weekly limited series published byDC Comics, that began in April 2014. The series features Batman, his allies, and Gotham City, and is written by Scott Snyder, James Tynion IV, Ray Fawkes, Kyle Higgins and Tim Seeley. John Laymanwas originally scheduled to write for the series as well, before leaving the project in January 2014. His work is still seen in the first 17 issues of the series. The series will work in tandem withBatman, also written by Snyder.
